The Office of Undergraduate Studies is pleased to administer several scholarships and award programs that recognize exceptional undergraduate students.
The Pardee Undergraduate Studies Scholarship was established by Katherine "Kit" Pardee '77 for students involved in campus activities.
The first recipient is Joshua Winston ’22, a Germantown native and member of UMD's Army ROTC unit.
Two faculty members are recognized for excellence in undergraduate teaching.
Students involved in UGST programs are senior marshals and medialists. A Gemstone alum is the student speaker.
The Philip Merrill Presidential Scholars Program honors UMD's top graduating seniors and their mentors.
Students from the Honors College, College Park Scholars, and Federal Fellows among the top seniors.
