CALL FOR PROPOSALS

This year’s conference theme, Navigating Change: Developing Maryland, Our Students, and Ourselves, was chosen to address various changes occurring at the University of Maryland and beyond.

Breakout sessions and workshops will provide members of the academic advising community different opportunities to pursue professional and personal development that will further enable us to weather this season of change both on and off campus.

If you are interested in submitting a proposal please review the following guidelines:

    • Conference workshop proposals should focus on current or emerging issues for the campus advising community and should be engaging and interactive for participants.

    • The workshops will run concurrently and will be no more than 60 minutes in length including time for questions and answers.

For best consideration, proposals should be received no later than July 13, 2012. Accepted proposals will be notified as soon as possible after that date.

For questions or further information on proposal submission, including samples of past proposals, please contact: to Jason Jones  or Tanesha Leathers.
